Over several years they have been dependable, easy to contact, very helpful and friendly. Recently they delivered a bouncy castle within one hour without a pre booking. I have no hesitation in recommending them.When children are involved it’s not worth taking a chance with other suppliers.

The initial contact was really quick and straightforward, very responsive. We quickly managed to establish a quote and agree on timings. The set up was really easy and accommodating, similarly with pick up! I couldn’t fault the team and would highly recommend for a stress free bouncy castle experience!

Used Carol's for a birthday party in May. Great service, friendly staff. Quick set up in plenty of time before party started, guys were prompt the next morning collecting. Perfect afternoon entertainment for the kids!
Booked for my twins birthday party august 2022, I had to cancel last minute, they were very understanding and kept my booking on the books for when I needed it next. Booked a date for 2023 and they were very accommodating and flexible and I didn’t have to pay extra. Amazing people. Will definitely be using again 🙂
Really impressed with this company, quick responses to my messages, very easy to book. Our inflatable was delivered on time and even with the rain they managed to sort everything out, they were professional and friendly. Collection was quick and simple. The school children loved the slide at the fair and the sun eventually came out!

Had to previously cancel due to bad weather, but even then communication was brilliant and final decision wasnāt made until about 15 mins before which we really appreciated! We had our rebooking and couldnāt fault the delivery, service or pick up. Will definitely be using again, thanks so much!
